漫画家(まん・が・か)means ‘manga artist’.
A (job) の B (name) といいます is a good sentence pattern to refer to your job and your name in one sentence. A and B are not interchangeable.
You can just say です instead of といいます.
You don’t usually need the bracket (” “) to bracket your name.

パイロットのたなかといいます。
I am Tanaka, work as a pilot.
かんごふのささきといいます。
I am Sasaki, work as a nurse.
だいくのさいとうです。
I am Saito, work as a carpenter.
