I like B more than A.

わたしは A より B がすきです。

I like bananas more than apples.

わたしはりんごよりバナナがすきです。
Note
が can be often replaced with のほうが.
Example
I like bananas more than apples.
↓
わたしはりんごよりバナナのほうがすきです。
