At the start in the ad, he sings. What he says “ありがとう さようなら けいたい”.
It means ‘Thank you and good bye to mobile phone.’
The customer bought a smartphone and she does not need an old type of mobile phone any more.
He helps her to move forward with the new technology, giving her the song.
