Note 1: Verb in a sentence

You need to change a verb into Polite Form if they come at the end of a sentence.

Example

I go to school

私は学校に行きます

行きます is Polite Form. 行く is the original word (Dictionary Form) of 行きます.

Note 2: sleep

寝る(ねる) can be ‘go to bed’.
