On this page, you can learn basic Japanese adjectives and what the Japanese adjective groups are.

Introduction: Japanese adjectives

Japanese adjectives are divided into two groups: One is いadjective and the other one is なadjective.

The adjective which belongs to いadjective finishes with い at the end of the word. The adjective which belongs to なadjective finishes with な at the end of the word.
